COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

Defendant is contractually obligated to pay the Plaintiff one hundred thousand dollars, however, the Plaintiff has been deported, meaning there is no way for the Plaintiff to acquire the money without the courts ordering the DHS to fine the Defendant.

I. PARTIES
1. 12700k - Plaintiff
2. Aesyr_ - Defendant

II. FACTS
1. At or around 1:32 PM EST on the 28th of October, 2025, a contract was entered into by and between the Plaintiff and the Defendant. (See: P-001, P-002)
2. Section three, subsection 2 of the contract, it states, “Buyer assumes ownership of all assets and rights. Seller confirms that all liabilities of the Company total 100,000 RMD, owed exclusively to Buyer.” (See: P-002)
3. At or around 8:25 PM EST on the 28th of October, 2025, the Plaintiff was permanently deported. (See: P-003)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Breach of Contract

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $100,000 in compensatory damages, to make up for the $100,000 still owed to the Plaintiff.
2. $20,000 (20%) in legal fees.

MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

Your Honour,

It has been held in numerous previous cases, such as [2022] FCR 52, [2023] FCR 11, [2024] FCR 101, [2025] SCR 2, [2025] DCR 41, that deported players do not retain the right to defend themselves in court. Therefore, the Plaintiff requests that this go to default judgment.

MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

Your Honour,

It has been held in numerous previous cases, such as [2022] FCR 52, [2023] FCR 11, [2024] FCR 101, [2025] SCR 2, [2025] DCR 41, that deported players do not retain the right to defend themselves in court. Therefore, the Plaintiff requests that this go to default judgment.


On confirming with an Administrator, Defendant, Aesyr_, is indefinitely deported. In line with [2025] DCR 41, and [2025] SCR 2, players deported have no rights.
