COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

The defandent has harassed the plaintiff multiple times using agressive language and calling the plaintiff "broke"


I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. IamJeb_ was peacefully enjoying the city of redmont when the defandent started harrasing the plaintiff
2. The defandent called the plaintiff broke multiple times consisting of harrasment
3. Even after being told by third parties to stop arguing, the defandent kept on going

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Harassment

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $6.000 in damages
2. no less than $2.000 in legal fees


By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

Writ of Summons


@pourpup is required to appear before the District Court in the case of IamJeb_ v. pourppup.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

IamJeb_ v. Pourpup- [2025] DCR 44
Civil Action

I. PLAINTIFF’S POSITION

  1. The Defendant was harrassing the Plaintiff.

II. DEFENDANT’S POSITION
  1. Did not respond.

III. THE COURT’S OPINION
This case is moved to Default Judgement. The court deems the conduct of the defendant as harassment as defined by the Criminal Code Act.

I have chosen not to seek out a Public Defender as laid out in the Public Defence Policy, as the Defendant has not been seen in 1 month, 7 days and only has 1hr 21m of total playtime.

IV. DECISION
I find in favor of the Plaintiff. Due to the funds available, I will be granting the following relief:

  1. Pourpup is hereby fined $3,000 payable to IamJeb_ for the harassment.
  2. Pourpup is hereby fined $1,115 payable to dearev for legal fees.

The District Court thanks all involved. This Court is now Adjourned.
