Hi @DETECTIVHOLMES there are several issues with this filing:

• You are registering as an LLC, but include "shares" in your formation instrument. LLCs cannot issue shares.
• You elected to incorporate using the standard form, but also uploaded a formation instrument as a PDF. If you wish, you may include bylaws as a PDF. You may also omit the PDF entirely if you choose to continue with a standard form filing.
• At least one member (but preferably all of them) should have a forum username included in the Membership Register.
• As you have included it, the membership register gives each member equal interest (and equal voting/distribution rights) in the LLC. If you wish to change this, you must update your standard form elections and Membership Register accordingly.

I'm wondering if you perhaps intended to file as a corporation, but accidentally selected LLC?

Yes, I chose the wrong option. I'm not accustomed to more American company types. I meant an Ltd.

Ok change of plans, I will not be issuing shares, so please render the share table null, I will be continuing this registration as an LLC, not a corporation.
