I have. They have been sold to myself for 15k. That was mentioned in the Alta Group discord server while the liquidations were happening. I saved a log of all those messages if you need.
 
NOTICE OF RECEIVERSHIP

Based on the below /history logs showing the permanent deportation of its sole Class A shareholder, 12700k, on February 27, 2026, and April 4, 2026, the Department of Commerce notes that the entity has been rendered persistently inactive.

Therefore, pursuant to Part VII, Section 2(2) of the Legal Entity Act, this legal entity is hereby placed under Receivership, with the Department of Commerce acting as the sole Receiver.

Pursuant to Part III, Section 4(2)(b) of the Legal Entity Act, this filing on the Company Docket serves as the formal delivery of notice to the entity. Pursuant to Part I, Section 3(3) of the Legal Entity Act, the Department of Commerce, as Receiver, now assumes all powers of the directors, managers, and members of this entity.

RESOLUTION OF DISSOLUTION
Acting with the cumulative authority of the management and shareholders under receivership, the Department of Commerce as Receiver hereby adopts and approves this resolution to dissolve this entity, pursuant to Part III, Section 10 of the Legal Entity Act and in accordance with Part VII, Section 2(2).

The winding-up process shall commence immediately under Part III, Section 10(7) of the Legal Entity Act. Any creditors, contractual parties, or members have fourteen (14) days from the publication of this announcement in #government-announcements to contact the Department of Commerce regarding outstanding claims, debts, or assets. Pursuant to Part III, Section 10(6)(a) of the Legal Entity Act, failure to do so will result in the voluntary and permanent forfeiture of those claims.

The Department of Commerce, acting as the sole appointed Receiver for Alta Group Corporation, hereby submits this final filing to conclude the winding-up and liquidation process of the entity.

Pursuant to Part III, Section 9(8) of the Legal Entity Act, the winding up has successfully concluded with no remaining claims or liabilities. The Certificate of Dissolution has been officially executed by the Department and is filed below.

Alta Group Corporation is hereby dissolved.
