What position are you applying for? Economist
Why do you think you are suited to the position you are applying for? My background across multiple server roles makes me particularly well suited for the Economist position. As a practicing Attorney and Compliance Officer, I have developed a familiarity with the server's corporate and economic legislation, regularly working with businesses, contracts, and financial regulations. This has given me a ground-level understanding of how DC's economy actually functions, where money flows, where businesses struggle, and where the regulatory framework succeeds or falls short.
Compliance work has also sharpened my ability to analyse data critically and draw evidence-based conclusions, which is essential for economic reporting and policy recommendations. I am detail-oriented, comfortable working with figures and documentation, and I understand the importance of producing accurate, unbiased analysis. Having operated within the legal and compliance space, I also appreciate the impact that economic decisions have on players and businesses, and I would bring that perspective to the role of Economist.
