Where is your company based? Reveille

What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Despite the incredible potential of firearms, there are very few commercial players in the industry. SWARMS aims to fill this gap in the market and supply affordable ammo & weapons to players.
The huge volume of raw resources (iron, redstone & gunpowder) required to manufacture ammunition on a large scale is the toughest challenge for most. I have formed many connections with independent players to buy these resources in bulk. This will hedge the loss of a supplier or an individual change in price.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Revenue will be generated primarily by ammunition initially, as this is the part of the store already set up. The prices in the store undercut or match most weapon stores while being reasonably profitable.
As the number of resources I can source from players reaches its maximum, I plan to bring on other players to the venture. These players will either be contracted to mine and/or network with players to find new sources of resources.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? While my interpersonal skills have been invaluable in the formation of the firm, I also have extensive education in strategy & finance risk (IRL degree) and have owned multiple businesses in other cities (servers) with similar financial systems.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? The funds will be used to source the major initial outlay for the business. This includes renovation of the store, purchasing raw resources and salary for new employees. The funds will allow me to offer a full selection of products at an affordable price, not just ammunition.
To illustrate the consumer affordability of this model, I could manufacture a Glock-17 for $2.80 with my best supply players and sell it for an accordingly low price. Most shops I have seen sell Glock-17's from ~$24-32.
I didn't start the business with much capital (<$1000) but I am confident there is an opportunity here.
