What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Eagle Systems is dedicated to using redstone and the various mechanics of minecraft to create technical builds ranging from simple to complex. The fact is there are no competitors as ES is the only company specializing in technical builds, specifically involving types like redstone, mob/crop farms, etc.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? I advertise the services of the company and players can join the discord to request a quote for the project. After that's all decided and work is finished, the client will send payment. As of now, there aren't enough projects to hire employees, but if the demand ever arises, I certainly will start employing. I hope to acquire a building where I can build a host of example projects and possibly sell redstone related items.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I have been building with redstone ever since I started playing minecraft which was many years ago, and thoroughly enjoy it. I had ran this company officially previously but had taken a several month long break from DC for personal reasons, but I am now back. It was running well before and I plan to run it even better this time.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? A building where I can store all the work related materials while also having a showcase of example redstone/technical projects would greatly help me by keeping everything organized and demonstrating the power of what can be done as marketing. It would also provide a spot for players to buy anything redstone related.
