How do you plan on using your grant funding?
Would love to hire some staff full time to help me break into this industry. I currently am carrying the torch on my own and can afford to hire workers at this time as I am working for slim margins to build up a portfolio.

Ideally I would like to pay 2-3 employees a competitive salary such that I can accomplish the amount of work that I plan to take on.

Additionally I would like to hire a lawyer on retainer to help facilitate the contract side of the business as to ensure smooth operation.

Finally I plan to use any left over liquidity to finance rebuild projects that will both give my employees work and will kickstart the snowball effect of property flipping to keep the business rolling. Ideally I want to keep property prices from going too high such that players have a chance at ownership, and a grant would be exactly what my firm needs to get going in a sustainable way. That way my firms profit does not come before the needs of the server.
