RESOLUTION
To
Provide Aid to the Meat Industry
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:
1 - Short Title and Enactment:
(1) This Resolution shall be cited as the Wagyu Resolution
(2) This Resolution shall act as both a formal request and recommendation to the Department of Construction and Transportation
2 - Reasoning:
(1) The act of farming animals is effectively discouraged through the miniscule size of the existing farm plots north of the city by virtue of the 4x4 space requirement for cows, sheeps, and pigs with the unintended effect of nearly choking the life out of the meat industry to such an extent that its availability is irregular and the price of each kind of meat per stack is consequently higher than a lot of players can afford to pay at once for enough to sustain themselves.
3 - Solution
(1) I propose the solution of expanding the farmlands to include rental plots tailored toward stockmen with a minimum size of 512 blocks in order to raise up to 64 animals at a time per layer upon their plots.
*(a) usage of these stockman-tailored plots for the purpose of farming crops shall warrant warning from the DCT.*
*(b) the number of the aforementioned plots is to be limited to a number determined by the DCT in order to minimize the amount of lag generated from the spike in entities.*
