Prohibit the Disclosure of Voting Information

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Voting Information Protection Act."
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This act has been written by Aladeen22.
(4) This act has been cosponsored by Rurge

2 - Provisions
(1) The Department of State of the is hereby prohibited from disclosing or providing any information regarding an individual's vote in any election to third parties unless the vote has been nullified due to non-compliance with the voting requirements as outlined by the relevant laws.

(3) The Department of State shall implement necessary measures and safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and protection of all voting information collected during elections.

16.7 - Breaking Voting Privacy:
Per Offence: Courts may order up to $10,000 in fines and issue a temporary or permanent barring from holding public office.

(5) This Act does not prohibit the Department of State from providing aggregated statistical data related to the voting process, as long as individual voter information remains anonymous and cannot be traced back to specific individuals.

(6) All other provisions, regulations, or laws that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
