Wish to point out that my previous projects had great success and new players are using those projects on regular basis , this huge project will be accessed by new players that wish to work in my company. Duo to problems relating to players being able to hurt mobs in the town i will need be giving access keys to those players.

I wish for farms to be highly decorated and piece of art if full ammount is awarded.

The current employment system is designed for quick and intuitive job placement. Jobs are structured in a way that allows players to gradually learn how to interact with the economy. Every detail is clearly explained, ensuring that even those with no prior experience can easily understand what to do. Each job has been simplified to the point where mistakes are nearly impossible. Players have the option to sell their goods locally, bring them to a shop, or sell them independently.

The importance of the MZ employment program lies in its unlimited job availability. Many shortages have already been resolved, with a primary focus on production sectors and a slight emphasis on crafting sectors. The most notable improvements are in farming, woodcutting, and mining. Shortages in farming and woodcutting have been fully eliminated, while the mining sector is steadily gaining traction.

Efficiency is a key factor, as each worker focuses on a single simple task, significantly boosting economic growth. These facilities are open to the public, making a substantial impact. Here’s an example of worker behavior and its effect on the economy:

A) Most workers prefer simple tasks, such as farming, and sell their goods locally without attempting to resell for a higher price. Facilities take a 100% commission, which is a good deal for them since the time they would spend learning how to sell is instead used for producing more goods.
B) A small minority of workers choose to collect goods and resell them to various shops around DC or stock their own shops.

As a result, the MZ Employment Project serves as a primary supplier of resources for the entire server. It ensures a stable supply of essential products, making work accessible and easy to understand.

The current objective is to address shortages of leather and colored wool while expanding production lines for all animal-based products. These materials are crucial for the car and designer sectors, and without a proper production system, there would be a lack of resources for manufacturing. Asking for a minor grant to solve a major issue is a great approach, as it will contribute to long-term infrastructure improvements, ensuring that shortages do not occur in the future.
