What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? to enhance the production capabilities of my company by assisting new players in acquiring the necessary production facilities for their own product manufacturing. This initiative aims to increase the overall material production on the server. My plan involves offering support for trades such as Farmer, Brewer, and Chef, while also introducing three additional unofficial trades: Manafacturer, Crafter-Carrier, and Smith.
The role of a Manafacturer will focus on crafting and utilizing machinery to create innovative products. The Crafter-Carrier trade will involve producing items through crafting and selling them for profit in the same shop. The Smith trade, on the other hand, will specialize in crafting custom items. Detailed guides on how to perform these jobs will be provided to new players through a borrowing system.
As an added bonus, I intend to introduce new, unique sections and items that have never been seen before on this server. My company has gained a reputation for its innovation within the industry, and I plan to continue this trend.

How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Ever since I became a part of this server, my company has experienced remarkable growth, transforming into the foremost manufacturing and reselling entity. We take immense pride in not only offering countless players with starter jobs but also playing a pivotal role in driving the server's overall development. Our unwavering dedication to innovation has led us to create distinctive sections and products that were previously unimaginable. Currently, we are thrilled to announce our ambitious plans for a large-scale project, that plans to employ all players that wishes to be employed in my company. Future of VerniciaS is closely tied with future of Mezimoří

What is you and your team's experience and expertise? We manage to give every new player that wishes to work employment. Currently we finished project from last grant we gained and now we are looking to improve even more facilities. You can additionaly open your sales report to see my projects are working. We currently even fixed deflation by making huge projects that makes shops in economy stocked. VerniciaS projects are slow giants that slowly are starting up and have great impact in long run.

How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? Currently VerniciaS struggles with balance to pay off agricultural / factory workers duo to rapid expansion. All money woud go to suppliers. Currently we hold off any futher expansion soo suppliers can fully supply all goodies as expansions are usualy big tall on company balance. Want sort of remind that VerniciaS employs majority of new players duo to having Hire-All policy.
