Signed by the DOC Secretary or their delegate, company docket continues below.

Hello!

Your Incorporated Entity Summary (the first post in this thread) is currently missing the following information:

- The officers of the Incorporated Entity and their titles

You can see an overview of the required information here.

Please update the Incorporated Entity Summary to include the missing information and note any changes that you have made in a seperate post in your company docket (this thread).

This is an official DOC enforcement notice. VDRB have missed filings for their last 4 reports (March report was denied, reports have not been filed since then).

Per BITA Part IV Section 22(1) and (2), late filings cause VDRB to be liable for a penalty of $2.500 per day for their first missed report, and $5.000 per day for repeat failure. At time of writing VDRB are liable for $320.000 in late filing penalties as seen from the attachment (calculated from BITA's passage in April).

The DOC is willing to provide VDRB a cure period of 7 days, with the possibility of extension given a valid reason. If not cured or no response has been received in 7 days, the department will consider escalating FIEA enforcement, such as freeze orders, receivership and referral to the DOJ for criminal prosecution.

Hi, good evening.

I'm no longer CEO of Vendeka, so the correct party should be notified. But furthermore, we made the DoC aware of some issues we were having wrt management availability, and we were told it was all fine, hence giving the impression that we could take our time to ensure that our clients assets are well protected during our transition in governance.

I will forward this on to current leadership.

Hello,

I am the new owner of VDRB's parent company.

As the previous owner stated above, the previous managment was seriosly inactive, as well as having plugin problems around the time of plugin transition, mainly losing a part of transaction record.

If allowed I will post all late reports as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days from now, but I cannot be expected to pay 320,000 in fines for mistakes of previous owners (a bill that has not been disclosed to me during aquisition talks)

By unanimous vote of the Class A shareholders:

IgnitedTnT is named the Company's sole executive director

The company docket shall be updated accordingly.
