1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Urgent Budget Consideration”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative Mhadsher101.
(4) Co-Sponsored by Representative RandomIntruder.
2 - Reasons
(1) There is typically a motion proposed for urgent consideration of the monthly budget. As this motion has always passed, it is unnecessary and the monthly budget should automatically be considered urgent consideration.
3 - Changes
(1) The monthly budget, when officially proposed into the bill docket, automatically passes a motion of urgent consideration and may be voted on at any time, following the completion of any needed discussion.
