Recognize Trial by Bedwars​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “trial by bedwars Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Senator Aladeen,

2 - Reasons
bedwars is cool and people should have the opportunity to settle a legal dispute via such.

3 - Terms

Bedwars Resolution

(1) Instead of ruling in favour of the defendant or plaintiff, the court may rule that a trial by bedwars to resolve the conflict must occur. there will be no hacking allowed and teams will consist of the respective party and their legal counsel.

(2) Trial by Bedwars is optional and there needs to be an agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant.
