TRANSPARENCY REPORT 06/30/2021
Members of the Medical Council and Secretary Belovria finalized setting up the Aventura supply room. This was important for the department of health as prior to this the department didn't have enough room to stock up on necessary medical materials. The department is still in the process of putting it together but have made sufficient progress.
Secretary Belovria put up a patient of the month and doctor of the month sign(s) at the hospital. A member of the medical council had an idea that consist of keeping a scoreboard for doctors including prizes and such, the department is working out the kinks of this but expects to implement it in the coming weeks.
Deputy Secretary Zaorsia is reaching out to the Medical Council to create a presentation for new Medical Specialists. Zaorsia wants to incorporate current Medical Specialists into it to get an idea on the fundamental subtopics that will be covered in the presentation. This is being done so that incoming Medical Specialists know what their job consists of and aren't totally lost when they are accepted into the Medical Council.
DEPARTMENT GOALS
In the coming week(s) the Department of Health hopes to finish the Aventura supply room, finish the DOH department building, implement the patient/doctor of the month program and set a time to meet with the entirety of the Medical Council.
