Appoint Senators to Towns

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Town Representation Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative BezzerGeezer

2 - Reasons
(1) A town council is often very busy, thus the Mayor may need assistance to take notes and aid the town.
(2) While Senators may make bills and help in hearings, it would be an honor to be appointed as a towns Representative.

3 - Terms
(1) An appointment shall be made by the Town Residents of their respective town at the beginning of a Congressional term.
(2) Once an appointment has been made the council of said town shall vote on the Senator in question.
(3) Senators must be a resident of their respective town, Senators who are not a resident of their appointed town shall be disqualified.
(4) A Senator must takes notes, ask questions, and help the town as much as possible.
