Add Requirements for Executive Officers and punishments to maintaining one's term
The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Town Government Requirements & Punishments Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Dino_Girl19
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by:
2 - Reasons
(1) Amend the Constitution
(2) Executive Officers, Deputy and Heads, do not currently require the same standards to be appointed as a Mayor, Chief of Staff, and council members.
(3) There are no current punishments/impeachment written for when any Government position when they fail to maintain their residency throughout the term.
3 - Amendments
ARTICLE VI - REQUIREMENTS
Section I:
Each position in the Town of Oakridge shall need certain requirements that must be fulfilled before a person may run for or be appointed to that position which are listed here:
Town Council
Section II:
The Mayor may not serve as an Executive Officer, Mayoral Advisor, or Chief of Staff, or Sheriff.
No person may simultaneously hold more than one Executive Officer seat.
Section III:
Requirements designated by this Constitution as requirements that must be maintained throughout a term shall remain applicable for the entire duration of that term.
An officeholder who fails to maintain a required qualification shall be subject to removal from office.
For the purposes of this Section, failure to maintain Oakridge residency shall constitute a failure to meet the requirements of office.
Removal under this Section shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable removal procedures established by this Constitution.
An officeholder who regains compliance before removal may remain eligible to serve, provided that the applicable removal process has not already been completed.
When a Town Council member is removed, the bill draft that is not put to vote will be rescinded.

- Has been 1 week since the player's initial join date;
- Has accrued 16 hours of total playtime;
- Has accrued 8 hours of active playtime within the last 30 days;
- Is an Oakridge Resident (must be maintained throughout term).
- Has been 1 month since the player's initial join date;
- Has accrued 48 hours of total playtime;
- Has accrued 12 hours of active playtime within the last 30 days;
- Is an Oakridge resident (must be maintained throughout term);
- Has not served as Mayor during both the previous two Mayoral terms;
- Is not a Mayor/Deputy Mayor of another town.
- Has been 1 week since the player's initial join date;
- Has accrued 16 hours of total playtime;
- Has accrued 8 hours of active playtime within the last 30 days;
- Is an Oakridge resident (must be maintained throughout term).
