An incorporated entity may only have one in-game company name, remove RCBC-ATM from this it is invalid, please also adjust your incorporated entity summary to reflect the new requirements laid out here and the new LEA.
You also need to edit your certificate of formation to include the in-game company name.

This is an official DOC enforcement notice. TRUSS (formerly known as RCBC) have missed filings for their last 4 reports (March, April, May, and June). The July report is due tomorrow.

Per BITA Part IV Section 22(1) and (2), late filings cause TRUSS to be liable for a penalty of $2.500 per day for their first missed report, and $5.000 per day for repeat failure. At time of writing TRUSS are liable for $300.000 in late filing penalties as seen from the attachment (calculated from BITA's passage in April).

The DOC is willing to provide TRUSS a cure period of 7 days, with the possibility of extension given a valid reason. If not cured or no response has been received in 7 days, the department will consider escalating FIEA enforcement, such as freeze orders, receivership and referral to the DOJ for criminal prosecution.

As a minority shareholder I report inactivity by part of the management as the discord server of it has been deleted a while ago. I request dissolution of the entity, and I also state that it did noto ever start commercial operations
