1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Threats Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.

2 - Reasons
(1) There is a lot of robbery and threats on Democracy Craft, it isn't comforting if you are walking home and a player threatens to kill you.
(2) A lot of times players play the game to murder other players and try to get their murderer count high. That means if you keep getting killed, there isn't much you can do if an officer isn't on.
3 - Terms
(1) It will be illegal to threaten to kill someone.
(2) The maximum fine will be $750.
