Amend Article IV of the Oakridge constitution​

The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Term Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Galavance
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Deputy Mayor xlayzur, Head of Urban Development Shadownba, Head of Commerce bardiya_king, Head of Event Coordination Tonga1, Sheriff Dumbyhead1234.

2 - Reasons
(1) The current Oakridge Town Council limit is too short for any Town Council member to get settled in and get a proper understanding of how to fulfill their position.
(2) Having a longer term limit will allow for an improved Town Council with a higher rate of functioning as they'd be more proficient after a longer time served.
(3) Allows the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to have one consistent council to work with throughout their term providing a stronger bond and increased activity among the council as a whole.

3 - The Constitution shall be amended as follows:

(A) A term of the Oakridge Town Council Advisor shall last for 2 months. No person shall serve more than 3 consecutive terms in any position.

(B) A term of an Oakridge Town Council Member shall last for 4 months. No person shall serve more than 3 consecutive terms in any position.
