Rescind the President of the Senate Act and amend the constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “The Right to Life Constitutional Amendment Act June 2021."
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill is hereby co-sponsored by Senator LilDigiVert, Representative Tekkovvs and Senator Nacholebraa

2 - Reasons
(1) The Bill is Illegal as it does not have a co-sponsor.

(2) It is not listed as an amendment to the constitution, therefore, is also illegal

Honestly those are some fair points just from a legal standpoint so I can’t really object

- This bill can be amended to include a co-sponsor. You are just prolonging the process by getting rid of the law so you can have it revoted on and whip votes against it - it's clear that you don't like the bill and that you have combed it to find discrepencies.
- What is the title in relation to this bill?
- You rushed this bill through.
- The bill passed the congress with a supermajority in both chambers. The intent of co-sponsorship is to stop frivolous bills.
- If we are going to rescind bills that were posted and voted on without cosponsors, we can go back and rescind all the bills that were voted on and then edited in the senate without coming back to the house.

Nay- amend the bill to fix issues- rescinding it is trying to silence what the people want in a referendum (they may vote aye just for it to be rescinded) there are ways to fix this without completely rescinding
