Today, on the 23rd of July 2026, the Class A shareholders have, by majority vote reaching quorum, passed an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, as attached below.

*As authorised by the Class A shareholders through a collective agreement to transfer control of the Redmont Group, 190,000 shares are hearby authorised and issued to fickogames, alongside all existing 10,000 Class A shares being transferred. This is supported by a corresponding $190,000 buy-in.*
