MAKE ALL UNIVERSITY EXAMS FREE

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1. Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Free Education Act’​

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.​

​

(3) This Act has been authored by Representative eatean.​

​

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative Wiitedo.​

2. Reasons and Intent

(1) Often new players become unable to afford exams .​

​

(2) This ultimately results in new players being unable to progress and gain new income sources.​

3. Definitions

(1) For the purposes of this Act, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) Exam - Any DOE-administered exam.​

(b) Government - The DCGovernment and any department acting on its behalf.​

PART II — Pricing

4. Exam Pricing Limits

(1) The Government shall not charge a fee, or otherwise deduct any quantity over $0 from a player's balance for said player taking any Exam.​

PART III — Retribution

5. Violations

(1) If the Government violates Part 2, Section 4(1), any player who is charged, or who otherwise has any amount deducted from their balance for taking any Exam after the signing of this Act shall be refunded the amount deducted, paid from the DCGovernment account, within 7 days of deduction.​
