○ Any other duties as directed by the Member.
Ownership Details Manager-Managed. The Company shall be manager-managed, meaning the authority
to manage the day-to-day operations and business affairs of the Company is vested in
one or more Managers appointed by the Member. The Managers shall act in accordance
with the Member's interests.
