Establish Standing Orders for the 5th House of Representatives
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “FOURSOME”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its assent by the House, Senate and President and will last the duration of 12 hours
(3) This act is authored by Speaker of the House Intercepticon
2 - Reason
I wish to enter an addition to the House Standing Orders to establish precedent.
3 - Addition
8) In order to repeal a Bill passed by Congress and has received Presidential Assent and has been voted in favor by the Public in a referendum the action must be as followed:

8) In order to repeal a Bill passed by Congress and has received Presidential Assent and has been voted in favor by the Public in a referendum the action must be as followed:
- The bill to repeal the bill has to pass the House and Senate by a 2/3 majority.
- The standard-bill requirements and procedure will apply when the bill has been posted in bill drafts.
