2 - Reasons
(1) With the current system, some Representatives that got elected have had a voting base consisting of 4, 3, or even 2 voters. Obtaining such a minor amount of votes can be done easily with the help of a few friends. This fact does not make an elected individual with such a small amount of votes a meritorious Representative to be elected.

(2) With the current system, it was an often occurrence for many Representatives to neglect their duties when it comes to votation on legislature. The lack of votes makes it increasingly difficult for bills to pass the House even when the bill seems to almost reach a majority.

(3) With the current system, it is increasingly visible that the House chamber has lost in activity in comparison to previous terms. We have witnessed the amount of debate in both public and private channels decrease in the previous month, with a fewer portion of the Representatives out of the total number of Representatives being active. Furthermore, as previously stated the amount of Representatives not voting on legislature has increased in this term, making activity within the chamber decline even more.

(4) By returning to the previous system with 11 Representatives, the quantity of activity within the House will increase, while the quality of the Representatives themselves will also increase.

3 - House of Representatives
Subsection a changes to subsection b:
a. The House of Representatives shall consist of 15 citizens, referred to as Representatives (Abbreviated Rep.) who are elected for 2-month terms.
b. The House of Representatives shall consist of 11 citizens, referred to as Representatives (Abbreviated Rep.) who are elected for 2-month terms.
