What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? The issue that my business solves is hopefully stimulating the economy. We plan to provide affordable spaces for new players to rent and get on their feet. We plan to continue flipping commercial and skyscraper properties as spaces for new players to use and live in. What makes us different from our competitors is we genuinely want to give back to new players.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? The model that we're choosing is leasing, the more properties that we acquire the more spaces can be rented and thus makes us more money. Long term vision is to create a new town with affordable homes, commercial properties and more just to provide new opportunities!
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? My experience is in leading teams, i've managed a plethora of projects and businesses on my own. Numbers & Spreadsheets & organization is my thing. My teams expertise is designing, scouting and marketing.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? I plan to use the funds to start construction on my first plot, materials and labor and to start hiring employees. After that I want to start moving towards the 2nd plot.
