To
Make the next elections more time friendly.
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:
1 - Short Title
(1) This Resolution may be cited as the 'Stop messing around with Europeans Resolution.'
(2) This Resolution has been authored by: Rep. Rubilubi55
(3) This Resolution has been co-sponsored by:
2 - Reasons
(1) The elections are mostly the main event on DemocracyCraft, with most players just don't getting to view them. Mostly these are set up with big last minute campaigning and all players being excited, while some sleep (or are at least are trying to).
(3) This resolution shall fix that and give more players the possibility to at least once be live at the elections.
3 - Requests to the department of state
(1) The department of state is requested to fullfil following terms when planning the upcoming House of Representatives and Senate elections in July and the presidential election in October.
(2) The DoS shall conduct the election more European friendly, while also trying to give non-europeans the chance to be live at the elections. Time friendly is defined as a time not interfering with work/school/sleep/...
(3) Not only Europeans, the election shall be conducted as time friendly as possible for these players, that normally can't be live there.
