BILL

To

Amend the Constitution and resolve the issues with Executive Orders

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Stinky Order Act”.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act was authored by Senator Nacholebraa

(4) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Sen. Nacholebraa & Sen. LilDigiVert

2 – Reasons

(1.) Whoever wrote the constitution was high.

(2.) Executive Orders need to be regulated properly.

3 – Real Reason

Mr. Vert is in the building

Swagger on a hundred thousand, trillion

Ayo, I know I got it first

I'm Christopher Columbus, y'all just the pilgrims

Thanksgiving, do we even gotta question?

Hermès, Pastelle, I pass the dressin'

My attitude is tattooed, that means it's permanent

So I guess we should address it, huh?

My swagger is Mick Jagger

Every time I breathe on the track I asthma attack it

Why he's so mad for, why he gotta have it

'Cause I slaved my whole life, now I'm the master

Na-na-na, how it feel to wake up and be the shit and the urine

Na-na-na-na

Trying to get that Kobe number, one over Jordan

4 – Amendment to Section VII – Defining Key Terms

Executive Order

A lawful directive issued by the President in the pursuit of his or her duties. For such directive to be lawful, it must not amend the Constitution or any law outside the Constitution. Executive Orders must only be used as a mechanism by which the President can exert powers expressly granted to the Executive within the Constitution.
