STATE OF WILLOW
The purpose of the State of Willow Reports is to increase town transparency and provide unique insight into the happenings of the town council. This was created upon the passage a by-law and modeled after the federal government's SOTG Reports, however adjusted for our unique local level of transparency.

CONSTRUCTION
The town of Willow constructed a new formed area for residents within the southwest of Willow. This created 11 houses in the area, in addition to the creation of the Evermore Apartment, which created 36 rentable and affordable spaces. More amenities including market stalls and small farms were also added in the area.

MAYORAL ADDRESS
Throughout the month of November we saw many players gain an interest in the town, increasing our resident count. Through maintaining activity with our bylaws and consistent outreach, I feel we have been able to effectively sustain a wonderfully composed number of residents.
Much has been achieved this month, from the residential expansion with tons of new homes and apartments, along with many new community spaces. In conjunction with this, many longtime residents of Willow were granted the opportunity to finally own a home in the town, as all 11 of the new homes were auctioned off. In addition to residential spaces we also made some key functionality improvements, including shulker box locations, and an improvement in navigation, as farm plots and other buildings in Willow were connected to the GPS system.
Finally, we held much more events this month, including the Pig Race Event, Archery Competition, and the Farm Design Contest. The thriving economy and culture we have in Willow would not be without thanks to its council and residents once again,

Transportation Advisor Drew8716:
I feel that a good amount has been done around Willow in this past month. Quite a few minor improvements have been relating to more lanterns and street lights, connecting roads, and general cleaning up of the roads.
Industrial Advisor Xerxesmc:
As far as industry related things, I would say not much has been changed in the past month, but I can confidently say that Willow is well populated and the farming industry is thriving. Players are enjoying the farms and regularly use them, thus making the town generally active compared to the past.
