How do you plan on using your grant funding?
This funding will be used to pay my journalists. As a news organization, it's difficult to find sponsors, and so it's difficult to hire, pay, and retain employees. This grant will allow CNNnews to expand its operations, provide incentives to employees writing articles, and better retain reporters.
All payments to my journalists and other employees (of which I have 9) are based on commission. I many of those employees are currently owed significant amounts of money due to the slow response to the Mailliwoail grant request.
Previous grants were used to do the exact same thing. Paying employees 2-4k per article written or edited.
Ideal Grant Amount 30,000
If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
