When incorporating an entity on the company docket, use the following bbcode formatting in your initial forum post. The initial forum post is your Entity Profile, which must be kept current without undue delay.

Standard Form Incorporation​

The following is an example for an Entity Profile of a LLC incorporated under the standard form. Before adopting this form, you'll need to edit it to match the details of your LLC.

• Enter the legal name of the LLC in the first line.
• The second line must contain the in-game firm name, and must link to the firm's page on the Economy Explorer website.
• Leave "Entity Form:" as "Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)"
• State a purpose (you may take the default if desired).
• Leave "Form:" as "Standard Form"
• The "Standard Form Elections" list allows you to select alternatives to the statutory defaults as permitted by the Standard Form. If taking all statutory defaults, you may remove this section entirely. Otherwise, leave any elections made and delete the rest.
• The "Positions" section may be omitted unless the LLC is to be manager-managed and/or have a supervisory board. For each position held, provide the person's in-game name. If possible, also include the person's Discord and forums usernames. You may provide a title or leave it blank.
• The member register must be filled in with one or more membership class. Each class should be represented by a spoiler tag named after that class. Inside the spoiler tag, state any special characteristics of the class. Each member must include an in-game name. Membership interest does not need to be provided if all members have an equal interest.
