To

Give Willow More Autonomy​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:

1 - Short Title

(1) This Resolution may be cited as the 'Staff may not like this Resolution.'
(2) This Resolution has been authored by: Plura72

2 - Reasons
(1) The Current DOI administration currently for willow isn't doing real change, and since willow got its ‘’town status’’ removed, redmontian farmers had less and less representativity
(2) Democracycraft Currently have enough playerbase for a mayor and deputy mayor
(3) This Resolution Will Give More Autonomy Both For Our Farmers and For A More Realistic Roleplay

3- Oversight

(1) The ‘’Mayor’’ Should be referred as ‘’Local Adminstrator’’
(2) Deputy Mayor Should Be Referred as ‘’deputy local administrator’’
(3) There will be no town council because we have no playerbase for a 3rd town
(4) All elections, excluding special and run-off elections, shall have a 72 hour declaration period, followed by a 48 hour voting period, Specials Or/And Run-off Elections Shall have a 24 hour candidacy period and a 24 hours voting period
(4.1)Candidates running for the Offices of Mayor and Deputy Mayor must meet the following requirements and maintain them throughout their term:
(a)Has Been 1 Month Since The Player’s Initial Join Date
(b)Has Accrued 48h of total playtime
(c)has accrued 12h of active playtime in the last 30 days
(d)Has Residency In The District Of Willow
