STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Achievements in October:
Elections
> Updated our counting sheet to work with borda count as per the no more gambling in elections act
> ... kept on... .keeping on. we are keeping on.
Audits
> Audit side during the month during a Presidential election takes a back step, so only some management-level planning has taken place; nothing actioned or published yet
Goals for November:
Elections
> Automate the counting. This will get done. I don't care who the Secretary is we will automate the election counting.
Audits
> Shorter audit report format to make overall process more efficient
> Monitoring upcoming reports with the new Auditor access to determine how useful this may be in assisting Departments on their day-to-day or ensuring accountability and efficiency from leadership
> Detailed Audit guideline and training process for new employees to hopefully make the position somewhat more accessible

Department of Construction & Transport (DCT)
Achievements in October:
Multiple new hires, advancement in construction projects in Willow & Reveille. Driveway policy expanded to include c-plots.
Goals for November:
Paste of more themed roads, Possible NBD tweaks, and potentially new New player plots in an undeveloped area. Continuation of reliable and quick pastes.

Forests cover much of the land, giving Estonia a serene, natural beauty — a place where innovation and tradition live side by side.
Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in October:
Created the Revcatraz hospital to bring healthcare to prisoners. Planted sustainable food sources around the prison mines to ensure equal access to food. Hired some incredible new medical specialists.
Goals for November:
Ideally? Vaccines and an epidemiologist rework.
Approximate Funds Spent:

Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in October:
Cleared up financial institution audit backlog.
Established internal conflict of interest reporting and recusal policies.
Brought in over $4 million from pruning inactive user balances.
Launched several investigations into financial crime.
New auction policy written up (to be posted soon).
Goals for November:
Business incorporation requirements change to better reflect what's needed.
Updated and clear financial institution reporting standards along with guide for FIs.
Broaden grant program to cover missing areas.
Further SOWF related work and announcements.
Continue to monitor financial institution and public company compliance with regulation and laws.
Assess state of the department to see if we need more compliance officers.

Though I've only been secretary for two weeks, I think I've settled in fairly well and have greatly appreciated the help from the rest of the team in tackling the issues the department faces. I look forward to learning more and working with the rest of the cabinet and congress to improve the state of the Redmont economy whilst keeping it secure and safe from bad actors. It's been a blast so far, I wish you all the best! <3

Achievements in October:

- Animal Spacing Policy
- Multiple ranger work days
- New command for rescuing animals
- Updates to DOI Code of Conduct
- New discord formatting
- 6 new rangers
- 3 new supply officers
Goals for November:
- More ranger work days
- The utilization of DOI areas
- More tenders
- WBDs?
- Massive update of the chestshop area of the Supply Depot

Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in October:
- Management voting
- Using the media side for videos
- brought back employee of the month
- Introduced a new payment system for the media side
- In works of updating and implementing a training guide for new employees
Goals for November:
- More events to come out as the transition period if finished
- update on payment for employees
- A new payment system for handling of tickets
- More info on player run events and what they can or cant do
Approximate Funds Spent:
$99,981 spent for the zLost Rig the presidental elections
$30,000 spent for paying of employees zLost and lucaaasserole

More events are planned for the month of November with more ways of making in the DPA so way more money will be spent in that month
Department of Education (DOE)
Achievements in October:
Updated the patent approval process to take place via the forums so we have a more streamlined process for requesters & professors.
Goals for November:
As I am back on my PC, we should be able to clear out some more patent requests that are pending & continue to work on the goals I set out on when I was appointed

~110k in employee payouts
Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Achievements in October:
- new LOA system
- fired inactive officers and detectives
- ended all ticket backlog (got as low as 1 opened ticket)
- almost ended verdict backlog with only 4 verdicts yet to be actioned
Goals for November:
- Work on improving sergeant training
- Establishing more objective promotion criteria
- maintain the current department efficiently in regards to time taken to answer tickets and verdicts
Approximate Funds Spent:

Department of Justice (DOJ)
Achievements in October:
-Massively increased prosecution rate after months of inactivity,
-Increased RBI efficiency,
-New, more generous commission-based pay system drafted and implemented,
-3 new employees brought on, 1 employee promoted, several inactive employees fired,
-All adjourned cases have ended in the Commonwealth's favour. Multiple settlements reached.
Goals for November:
Continued revitalisation of the RBI, continuation of prosecution for crimes of all kinds including white collar crime, renewed focus on training for all sub-departments, and continued excellent legal service for the Commonwealth.

Roughly $100,000
This has been an incredibly productive first few weeks for the DOJ since taking office. The Department is in good shape already, and will only continue to get better.
TOWN STATUS
Town of Oakridge
Achievements in October:

Goals for November:
- After some discussion with our Development team and a lot of work this past month, we have planned and almost finished 7 weeks worth of pastes for Aventura. An announcement has been made on the Aventura discord if you interested in knowing about this pastes.
- An upcoming project involving the people of Aventura (I cannot yet disclose everything)
- More events & Auctions!
