The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in May:
This month, the Department of Health attended over 600 patients and trained and evaluated 29 new doctors! We rebuilt and reopened multiple hospitals and clinics with outdated cure/supply rooms, and hosted an event for all DOH staff to boost morale.
Goals for June:
In the coming month, the Department of Health doesn't plan on slowing down. We hope to work with the township of Willow to reopen a clinic there, and rebuild parts of the other DOH sites for ease of access. The DOH is also working to investigate instances of medicare abuse and instituting proper policy to prevent this in the future. On a more happy note, we'll also be refilling those pancake vending machines for the hungry citizens of Redmont

Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in May:
- We have overhauled the Discord to better fit the department needs and to be more organized.
- Terminated all employees to address the inactivity this department has faced over the past few months, as well as opening applications back up and hiring new employees.
- Attended to and caught up on all open tickets.
- Opened an investigation based on a report provided to the department.
- Caught up on grant and GPS applications, beginning to go over Financial Institution Applications now that the command for tax exemption is working properly.
- Opened up bidding on next month's business spotlights and began discussions with the President to amend EO 1/23 to allow Business Spotlights for 1 month rather than 1st and 14th day of each month
Goals for June:
- Continued increase of activity from the department
- Release of the Consumer Price Index for the month of May
- Bringing back the option for businesses to purchase detailed financial statements for their business from the DOC
- New employees being hired
- Regular updates in both the main DC Discord as well as the Commerce Department Discord

- Implemented end-of-the-month announcements (within DPA discord) about what the department accomplished that month and what can be improved
- Utilized the employee's private channels by doing check-ins at the end of every week
- Updated all the channels to give them new info, refurbished looks, and made easy to navigate

We have completely revamped and fixed the RBI, including its working policies. We reviewed our internal structure and policies, filed several court cases, and successfully prosecuted numerous criminals. This month, we have not lost a single case.
Goals for June:
We plan to continue expanding our RBI division and filing more charges against criminals within the Commonwealth. We are collaborating with the DHS to facilitate a better workflow and a clearer understanding of responsibilities.
