How do you plan on using your grant funding?
The Hermes Group is an advertising middleman organization. I believe we both knew plenty of small and medium-sized businesses throughout Redmont who need to advertise to grow as well as several small and medium-sized businesses who need advertisers to stay financially afloat. I see a lack of communication between these two sorts of businesses and am requesting a grant of fifty-six-thousand DC to start The Hermes Group and begin rectifying it.

The precise business model we have in mind is to sell cheap advertising space in a variety of mediums and locations to small businesses in need of advertisement, then buy advertising space in bulk from businesses in need of advertisers and use that space to display advertisements for the other half of our clientele. For building and maintaining relationships with a variety of businesses in both spaces, we will need to hire a professional industry liaison.

The Hermes Group will need to develop and spread its image to broaden its reach to make both us and our clients a profit. For the development and temperament of this image, The Hermes Group will need to hire a company illustrator or use the money allocated for a company illustrator to contract a separate company to manage our image.

The Hermes Group is a new face in an underdeveloped industry in Redmont, that of advertising. As such, both The Hermes Group and the Redmont advertising industry will need to make and develop legal procedure to function effectively and beneficially for the industry, our clients, the government and Redmont's citizenry at large. For this, The Hermes Group will require either a permanent legal advisor on staff or the funds to contract a separate form to manage our legal affairs.

Until The Hermes Group has managed a secure circle of clients, we will need investment to start our business and grow it in a stable fashion. Our current plan is to use grant money to start our business and grow it in its initial stages before going public and selling stock at The Exchange to obtain the funds necessary to mature The Hermes Group and start turning a serious profit. For the management of our financial situation then and up to then, The Hermes Group will need an accountant.

As The Hermes Group gathers staff, we will need office and meeting room space to better serve our clients and staff. We intend to rent space at the S086.

After The Hermes Group is fully set up, we will need a small liquid cushion to leverage in early agreements to earn the trust of potential clients and cover any unforeseen issues.

Attached are screenshots of myself paying both the Hermes Group's Legal Adviser, Patototongo1 and the Hermes Group's Accountant, Aurora for the work week of 250424-250501. They're paid $1,500 per week each, so this collectively accounts for the expenditure of $3,000 of the $10,000 grant.
