This notice is invalid. Based on the Certificate of Incorporation, the following will need to take place in order for the company to dissolve:

1. The Board adopting a dissolution resolution posted in the Company Docket
2. This resolution is approved by a shareholder vote
3. The DOC will publicly announce the winding up in a government announcement
4. Winding up process (minimum of 14 days from publishing the government announcement)
5. Filing a certificate of dissolution, which will be signed by the DOC secretary or delegate

You cannot unilaterally decide to shut down and dissolve the company. Additionally, it is noted that @Aelia_SingeH3art has been long-deported and therefore "Cannot have their assets distributed per their wishes" per Server Rules.
