Reason: This grant would go a long way in covering most of the expense needed to purchase a commercial property in Oakridge however wouldn’t be able to cover the entire purchase however im willing to use some of my own money. The property would is currently priced at $25,000
Additional Information: We would need the max of $20,000 to be given and we really hope this grant is approved so we can further infrastructure in Oakridge.

Further question: How much does Oakridge Community Bank hold in savings and how would we benefit from giving you this grant when we already have a lot of banks?

OCB Doesn't yet because we want to seem established and have a location prior to taking deposits, the difference between us and other banks is we want to develop specifically OakRidge of course we will offer other loans and accept deposits for people that don't live in OakRidge but residents of OakRidge will be given low cost loans. Also all bank customers will be able to use investment tools and gain interest on their deposits.
