Repeal Unfair Business Regulations​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Repeal of Unfair Business Regulations Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Purpose
Some current regulations are placing unfair restrictions on business owners completely without reason and just act as a means of government exerting control over its people.

It is not for the government to impose these rules on the people, the citizens of Redmont can make their own minds up on the issues currently restricted in the laws being proposed for repeal.

The people know what they are doing, they know what they are signing up for, the government should not be imposing it's will on the people. These Unfair Business Regulations must be ended now.

3 - Content
(1) The Casino Regulations Act is repealed.
(2) The Minimum Commission Act is repealed.
(3) The Minimum Wage Bill is repealed.
(4) Remove “Minimum Amenities Requirements
The following amenities must be provided free of charge for a residential space to be rentable: 1x bed, 1x double chest or equivalent to, 1x crafting table, 1x furnace
First offense: $100 fine per breach of law*
Second offense: $200 fine per breach of law*
Third offense and after: $300 fine per breach of law, jail for 5 minutes*

*Offenders will have 24 hours to correct all violations starting at the time of warning.”
