Amend the constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Secretary Renaming Amendment Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been proposed by Rep. AnArab
(3) This Act has been authored by Sen. zLost
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. Yeet_Boy

2 - Reasons
(1) The constitution does not specify if secretaries can rename positions of their respective department.
(2) Thus, secretaries have the power to rename positions of **any** department or government position.
(3) This is most likely not intended.

3 - Amendment
Part III, Section 28, Paragraph 1

From:
Secretaries & Executive Officers are members of the cabinet who each lead a government department or portfolio. It is the Secretary's job to oversee the efficient operations of their department and to create and amend department policy in conjunction with the Government's direction. They appoint and dismiss employees of their respective departments. They can rename employee roles and positions at will.
