Description: Rep. RelaxedGV motioned to regret letting the motion of impeachment for JoeGamer pass. The legality of what the Justice did was established in the below part of the Criminal Court Sentencing Act, which allows for fines to exceed the maximum allowed. This is what Justice JoeGamer has done, and was impeached for. JoeGamer charged a player $1000 for Contempt of Court, exceeding the first offence amount of $250. However, Contempt of Court is an individual law with a specified penalty, and the maximum may be exceeded.
