The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Democracycraft Quick-Bill Act 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Quick-Bill
(1) The speaker can decide whether or not a bill is deemed important. If the bill is deemed important the speaker can have it voted on immediately. This is to avoid the 48 hour waiting time.
(2) Any bill will need to be finalized before the Speaker can use Quick-Bill. It will be the same as regular voting only skipping the 48 hour wait.
- (a) The bill is deemed finalized when no more edits need to be made.
