I basically chose the wrong one and then sent the apllication lol so i had to change it which i have.

I can't see the billboard image. Can you directly post a 256px tall, 640px wide image?

nevermind I just refreshed the page to see the reply. But the image still needs to be 128px per block (similarly to private billboards) so I still need a 640x256
