Allow for officers to enter public property to arrest wanted criminals

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

1. This Act may be cited as the “Public Property Act.”
2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3. This Bill was authored by Representative ElainaThomas29 and co-sponsored by Deputy Speaker of the House Mhadsher..
4. This Bill was approved by Secretary of Justice, Technofied.

2 - Reasons

1. Currently officers cannot enter any property owned by a citizen to arrest a criminal, this law will change that.

3 – Terms

1. Any property that is open to the public (not behind locked doors/walls/barricades), and any area that is open to the public (not behind locked doors/walls/barricades), a police officer may enter in order to arrest a wanted individual.
2. Any property listing banned players by name with signage located in a visible area is not included in this.
3. Officers may not use glitches or any kind of manipulation to enter beyond a point of locked doors, walls, barricades, etc. Doing so will be considered trespassing for the officer.
