To
create private police forces
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as the Private police force act
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This act has been authored by FTGWop
(4) This act has been co sponsored by Rep Andreasp15
2- Reasons
(1) Right now the police force is under the control of the government which in some cases can be bad since it can result in political persecution which private police forces will stop. Because with the private police forces the government wont have control over them and can therefor not use them for a political purpose
(2) the Corruption in the DOJ is high and private police forces will make corruption much lower
(3) It will strengthen the democracy of Redmont
(4) Cops can choose if they wanna work for the DOJ or a private police force
(5) Its to hard to become a cop in the DOJ so in some private police forces it might be easier for people who wants to become a cop.
3- Terms
(1) Add a new law that will be called private police force law where a person who wants to start a private police force can create it. To create a private police force a police force will need to have a minumum of 5 hired cops and everybody that they hire will become a cop. The government will not be allowed to interfere in the arrests that those private police forces do the private police forces will have full impunity from getting sued and they can not get disbanded by the government or the courts once they are created only the owner of a private police force can disband it. It will be up to the private police force that each cop is working for if the cop did something that was against the law so therefor each private police force can decide themselfs when a cop did wrong. The government will have zero power over all private police forces. the normal DOJ will still exist but the private police forces will work independently from the DOJ and also have impunity at the same time from getting sued. the DOj will still be able to get sued but not the private police forces. The Private police forces will be able to arrest and fine players that commit crimes.
