Prison Escape Act
1- Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as the Prison Escape Act.
(2) This act should be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This act has been authored by Representative Justa_Dumpling.
2- Reasons
(1) There are crimes committed every day.
(2) It adds to realism as prison escapes aren't rare in real life.
(3) Escaping in another way without a proper "way" may cause the perpetrator to break more rules/laws.
(4) This has been frequently talked about but I've never seen action or discussion taken.
3- Terms
(1) The way to escape prison must be relatively hard or requires specific PC/mouse skills.
(2) Minor offenders who committed minor crimes may not escape prison.
(3) A system like what we currently have for Robert may be implemented, using chance, there is a 1/3 chance that you will escape, a 1/3 that you will be caught, and a 1/3 chance that you will die somewhere along the process and not escape.
