Make Pipe Bombs Legal for Citizens to Carry​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Pipe Down Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative Moyfr.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representatives Toadking and RealImza.

2 - Reasons
(1) Pipe bombs are an excellent idea to have on the server especially when the crime roleplay has been pretty bland.
(2) To promote creativity in crimes and allow new and innovative ideas to blow stuff up.
(3) We need new ways to murder people on this server.

3 - Definitions
(1) A "Pipe Bomb" shall be defined as an improvised explosive device (IED) that uses a tightly sealed section of pipe filled with an explosive material.

3 - Pipe Bomb Regulation
(1) The Department of Education shall create a recipe for pipe bombs.
(2) The Department of Homeland Security is permitted to use Pipe Bombs to execute targets and protect areas.
(3) Players shall not store 5,485 pipe bombs within a 5 block distance from another stash of pipe bombs.
(4) Pipe bombs are fair game in terms of use during wartime and battles with other nations.
(5) The Department of Homeland Security is authorized to create contracts with pipe bomb manufactures to gain supply.
