Ensure Buildings are Safe​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as “Pearl’s Law”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) whitepearlreaper fell from a high point entirely within the bounds of someone else’s plot and got a broken leg, and was then liable to pay the medical fees.

3 - Terms
(1) Added to “Plot Rules”: “10.0 Builds must be reasonably safe from fall damage, suffocation damage, and drowning damage."
(2) The DCT shall internally codify standards of and consequences for violations of such regulation.
