Facilitate Firing of Ineffective Employees​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Order of Suspension Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative 218218Consumer

2 - Reasons for Proposal
Doctors and Tour Guides who have been fired should be prohibited from retaking the exam for their professions at their department’s discretion.

3 - Terms
(1) Any Secretary that oversees a department in which hiring is facilitated by exams may issue an Order of Suspension against any fired employee for misconduct or neglect in their profession.
(a) Alternatively, they may delegate the authority to issue Orders of Suspension to any employee within their department.​
(2) An Order of Suspension shall prohibit an employee from retaking the exam of any profession a department chooses to suspend them from.
(3) Departments may only issue Orders of Suspension given that they have jurisdiction over the profession mentioned in the Order.
(4) “Suspension Violation,” added under miscellaneous laws, shall be defined as “Ignoring the orders of a government department to cease in taking an exam for a job of said department.”
(a) First Offense: $50 fine​
(b) Second Offense: $150 fine​
(c) Third Offense: $300 fine​
(5) If a department fails to notify an individual of an Order of Suspension through discord private messaging, /mail send, or some other means of clear, direct communication, said individual shall not be subject to any punishments for Suspension Violation.
(6) The executive may create a registry of suspended individuals on the forums.
(7) Any Secretary or department employee given supervision over Orders of Suspension may retract an Order of Suspension issued by their department at their discretion.

2 - Reasons
(1) People should understand when fired, unless given permission, they may not take the exam again.
(2) Doctors and Tour Guides who have been fired should be prohibited from retaking the exam for their professions at their department’s discretion.

3 - Enactments
(1) Change "(a) First Offense: $50 fine
(b) Second Offense: $150 fine
(c) Third Offense: $300 fine"
to
"(a) First Offense: $100 fine
(b) Second Offense: $200 fine
(c) Third Offense: $300 fine "

Presidential Assent

While generally speaking I don't see a need for this, my not liking it isn't a reason to veto. As such, this bill has been granted Presidential Assent and is hereby signed into law.
